General Rules

1) General Rules

  1. Your account is your responsibility. You are not allowed to share it, and if it gets hacked you're liable for anything that happens on it.
  2. You cannot make alternate accounts on the forums without permission from an admin beforehand.
  3. Begging for donations from people is not allowed.
  4. Scraping the forums is not allowed unless you have prior approval from staff.
  5. Begging to become staff is not allowed and will negatively impact future staff applications.
  6. Scamming (or attempting to scam) a member is a permanent ban. Cross-forum bans apply.
  7. Harassing users for no clear or logical reason is not allowed. Be kind.
  8. Sharing CSAM, rape, or animal abuse content will result in immediate banning.
  9. You cannot dox members unless they're permanently banned and it is not a self-ban.
  10. Taking hidden content you unlock and sharing it elsewhere is not allowed, except for moderated sharing on our official CDN with credit.
  11. The official language of the forum is English. Other languages are prohibited to improve moderation.
  12. No automating our shoutbox/websocket.

2) Posting Rules

  1. "Leeching" (only taking and not contributing) is discouraged. Post threads and reply to unlock content. Exemption: Ranked users who have paid for credits.
  2. "Empty quoting" (quoting without adding content) is strictly disallowed. Attempting to bypass this results in a permanent ban.
  3. Attempting to post malware results in immediate, unappealable ban.
  4. Survey, URL shorteners, referral links, or monetized links are not allowed.
  5. Posting leaks just to promote sales is not allowed.
  6. NSFW content is only allowed in the NSFW Leaks section.
  7. You may discuss other forums and advertise your own under rules.
  8. Re-posting content already on the forum is not allowed.
  9. Spammy or click-bait titles with excessive emojis/special characters are prohibited.
  10. Thread bumping is limited to once every 24 hours.

3) Advertising Rules

  1. Advertising in your Avatar, Signature & User-title is restricted to Insider or higher.
  2. Signature advertisements must be for products you own or are affiliated with; you are responsible for them.
  3. Advertisement threads must be posted in the Marketplace section.

4) Marketplace Rules

  1. Selling public databases is strictly forbidden. You are responsible for verifying this.
  2. Claiming someone is a scammer without proof is prohibited. Report to staff instead.
  3. Proxy selling is allowed, but you assume full responsibility for any scams.
  4. Sales threads must include a sample; ignoring staff requests may result in bans.
  5. Multiple threads for the same product are prohibited.
  6. Cracked lines sold must be unique and verified by staff.
  7. For data verified against websites, disclose original sources if public.
  8. Leaking purchased data without seller permission is permanently banned.
  9. Selling NSFW content is prohibited.

5) Reputation System Rules

  1. Asking for, buying, selling, or trading reputation is prohibited (except post-deal).
  2. Reputation must be given for valid reasons with evidence.
  3. No spamming reputation or giving negative reputation without proof.
  4. You may message someone to clarify negative reputation if unfair.
  5. Other than these rules, giving reputation is allowed for any reason.
  6. Violations may result in deletion of all positive reputation you have or have given.

6) Disallowed Blackhat Activity

  1. Drug sales, weapon sales, and "violence-as-a-service" are prohibited.
  2. Selling or posting credit/debit cards is banned instantly.
  3. Sales of real IDs/documents are prohibited.
  4. Fraud is allowed, as long as it fits into one of the many forums.

7) Impersonation & Username Policy

  1. Usernames cannot resemble other users or blacklisted names.
  2. Profiles cannot mimic staff members.
  3. Acting as staff to mislead users is prohibited.
  4. Claiming usernames of popular users on other forums to impersonate them is prohibited.
  5. Usernames must be visible; do not alter colors to appear invisible.
  6. Inactive usernames (>3 months, no paid rank) may be reassigned by staff.
